In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context otherwise requires:

By registering a jl25 Account, accessing any part of jl25.club, or placing any wager through the jl25 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl25. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create a jl25 Account and must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms are supplemented by jl25's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

To be eligible to register and maintain a jl25 Account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as established by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party, corporation, or organization.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jl25 or any associated game provider.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by jl25 or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform.

To access the full jl25 platform, including real-money gaming and deposits, you must register an Account. Registration is free and requires the following information:

• A valid Philippine mobile number (one number per Account)
• A unique username
• A secure password meeting jl25's complexity requirements
• Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older
• Agreement to these Terms and jl25's Privacy Policy

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or a mobile number not registered in your name — is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one jl25 Account. jl25 reserves the right to merge, close, or suspend duplicate Accounts and to withhold balances or winnings associated with Accounts created in violation of this policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. jl25 will never ask you to share your password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be treated as authorized by you, unless you have notified jl25 of unauthorized access in accordance with Section 14.

jl25 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. KYC verification is mandatory before jl25 will process any withdrawal from a Player's Account.

To complete KYC, you must submit a clear, legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include:

• PhilSys National ID
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• GSIS eCard
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Postal ID

jl25 may request additional documentation to satisfy its KYC obligations, including proof of address, proof of payment method, source of funds declarations, or additional photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal processing delays or Account suspension.

KYC data submitted to jl25 is processed in accordance with jl25's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.

All financial transactions at jl25 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl25 does not charge players for standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may impose their own transaction limits or fees independent of jl25.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at jl25 is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer minimums vary by provider. Deposits are credited to your jl25 Wallet as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer: 5–60 minutes depending on banking system load
• USDT: confirmation times depend on blockchain network congestion

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: within 5–30 minutes after approval, subject to completed KYC
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): within 1–3 business hours after approval
• USDT: subject to blockchain processing times

jl25 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, particularly for large or unusual transactions. jl25 may delay or decline a withdrawal pending the outcome of any such review.

Funds in a Player's jl25 Wallet may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the Account (the "return to source" principle), or to a method verified as belonging to the Account holder, at jl25's discretion.

jl25 offers various promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. The following general terms apply to all jl25 promotions unless individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before the associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in each promotion's terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games and some table games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. Specific game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a Bonus Balance is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is in play may result in the Bonus Balance and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• jl25 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honor bets already placed in accordance with a promotion's stated terms.
• jl25 may deny, revoke, or reverse a bonus at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or multi-accounting in connection with a promotion.

Players who exploit bonus terms in bad faith — including by placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets with the primary purpose of clearing wagering requirements rather than genuine gaming — may have their bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed.

All Games offered at jl25 are subject to the individual rules of each game as established by the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

jl25 hosts games supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The Random Number Generator (RNG) certification of each game is the responsibility of the respective provider. jl25 does not modify game configurations, RTP values, or outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including connection interruptions, server errors, or software faults — jl25's policy is as follows:

• For interrupted slot or RNG table game rounds, jl25 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where the outcome can be verified, the result will stand. Where it cannot, the wager will be refunded to the player's Wallet.
• For live dealer games, the game provider's own malfunction policy applies and is final.
• jl25 is not liable for losses caused by equipment failure, internet connection issues, or actions of third-party game providers.

jl25 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe a technical error, data feed error, or pricing error has occurred, even after the bet has been settled.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at jl25 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one jl25 Account, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jl25 Account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other technical device to interact with jl25 Games or the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play in jl25's live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability, software bug, or technical error for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned to jl25 upon demand.
• Using jl25 accounts to conduct money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity as defined under Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse any transaction through your payment provider (chargeback) without first exhausting jl25's internal dispute resolution process.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward jl25 staff or other players.

jl25 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of problem gambling. jl25 provides a range of player protection tools accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of the time elapsed and amount wagered during your session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jl25. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

jl25 will not knowingly allow a player to gamble on its platform while a self-exclusion order is active. Players who circumvent self-exclusion by creating new Accounts will have those Accounts closed immediately upon detection.

All content on the jl25 platform — including but not limited to the jl25 name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, video, and audio — is the intellectual property of jl25 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jl25 solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any jl25 content without prior written consent.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any jl25 software or platform component.
• Use jl25's name, logo, or branding in any commercial context or in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl25's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or the use of jl25's services shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises.

jl25 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of jl25 or any inability to access the platform.

jl25 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. jl25 will endeavor to provide notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

Gambling involves risk. By using jl25, you acknowledge that you may lose money wagered, and that jl25 bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred in the ordinary course of using the platform.

jl25 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), as administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

By registering an Account at jl25, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in jl25's Privacy Policy. This includes your mobile number, identity documents submitted for KYC, transaction history, game activity, device information, and communications with jl25 support.

jl25 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

jl25 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where jl25 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account was registered using false or fraudulent information.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The Account is subject to a valid self-exclusion request from the Player.
• The Player has initiated an unauthorized chargeback against a jl25 deposit transaction.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations compel jl25 to take such action.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than player breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method after applicable processing. Bonus Balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Players may voluntarily close their jl25 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntarily closed Accounts with a Real Money Balance will have that balance returned as described above.

jl25 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on jl25.club. For material changes, jl25 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using jl25 and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of jl25 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, applicable gaming regulations promulgated by PAGCOR, Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act).

In the event of a dispute between you and jl25, you must first contact jl25's customer support at [email protected] and allow jl25 a reasonable period to resolve the matter through its internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal process, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution. Nothing in this clause prevents jl25 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any appropriate jurisdiction.
